    AceProject is a web-based project management toolbox designed to track projects, tasks, time sheets, and schedules. A web-based app to manage your tasks, timesheets, documents and expenses. It is creating a project from a template, Gantt charts to view project progress visually, entering time within timesheets, or generating reports, AceProject provides a convenient and intuitive interface providing a superior user experience.

    Approve expense by navigating to the Home-Expense-Expense Approval area. Select the expense to Approve, and from the right panel Set the status, make a comment, and click Apply.

    Click on the Quick Add button and select Expense. Enter the project and task and add expense information. Then click Save.

    To approve time, navigate to the Home-Time-Time Approval area. Select the time to Approve, and from the right panel set the status, make a comment, and click Apply.

    To start and stop your Timeclock click on the Timeclock button. Select the Project and task you are working on and click on Start. Click on Stop when finished. A Time item is saved in the My Time area. Access it from your Personal Menu and select time.

    To submit your time items or timesheet, navigate to the My Time area by clicking on the personal menu and time. Select the time items that you would like to submit, and from the right panel select the user to send the Approval request to.  You can also add a comment.

    To edit your time, navigate to your Personal menu and select My Time.  Add or modify hours directly, or click on the Edit time icon to bring up the Edit Time dialogue.

    You can add time through manual entry by click on the Quick Add button and select Time. Enter the project and task and add hours in the week. You can also add time from the Home-Time-My Time area.

    To view the Workload report, navigate to the Home-More-Workload area. Set different report parameters including filters on the right panel and Apply. Overbooked days are highlighted in red.
