    How to calculate & track commissions with HubSpot & QuotaPath
    QuotaPath's Sr. Director of RevOps Ryan Milligan runs a rep's quarterly sales commissions in a commission formula in Excel and then duplicates the process in QuotaPath. Ryan talks through the three drivers of the compensation plan, including quota attainment, contract type accelerator, and SPIF for big deal bonuses. Then he shows the data in a commission spreadsheet and in QuotaPath. In Excel, calculating commissions took 90 minutes. In QuotaPath, it took Ryan minutes.
